Booking Terms and Conditions
We are all at the mercy of mother nature sometimes, so with this consideration, The Bodyboard Academy ("TBA") reserves the sole and exclusive right to decide whether beach conditions, weather, or other factors make any particular activity during a program unsafe or inadvisable. TBA will attempt to give as much notice as possible, but keep in mind that weather changes can happen unexpectedly, so TBA may terminate any program at any time (including once the program has started). In such cases, a partial or full refund will be offered, the amount to be solely decided by TBA.
Participants may only cancel sessions by giving at least 24 hours notice to TBA whereupon a credit will be given to re-book another program. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the program commencing, no refund or credit will be given. Special circumstances may be considered.
Please note that if any small group session does not meet the minimum required numbers, (and this can sometimes happen last minute due to cancellations) you may be offered an alternative solution, which could include rescheduling for another time, or going for a private coaching session with Lilly.
Multi bookings and specials need to be paid in full upfront to receive the discount (eg. Book 6, pay for 5).
